Celebrating the vitality of local Roman ingredients, we’d like to show you how to prepare the freshest produce from the morning’s farmer’s market with classic Italian techniques. We’ll also prepare traditional eggless pasta together, the way large parts of Italy still do today and have been doing since ancient times! Afterwards, we’ll sit down to eat the fruits of our labour overlooking the Colosseum.

Many regions in Italy still use the traditional eggless method.

Unfortunately, nearly all pasta making classes use the egg method so we look forward to sharing our knowledge with those wanting a plant-based experience. 

From Rome, we make our vegan version of the famous cheese and pepper sauce. From Tuscany, we make a hand-rolled pasta with the classic tomato and garlic sauce.

We welcome you into our house in the heart of Monti, central Rome, in our atmospheric dining room with unrivalled views of the Colosseum and forum.
